I liked how the staff greet you and assist you everytime you need help. And all staff in the hotel was very accommodating. Very satisfied for their service even we stay for only 1 night 😊

Our stay at the ERTH Hotel in Abu Dhabi this past December was truly unforgettable. Fresh from our wedding, my husband and I, along with our families, were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that it immediately felt like a home away from home. The highlight of our mornings was undoubtedly the spectacular breakfast spread – a feast of diverse, high-quality options that catered to all tastes and set the perfect tone for the day. The Christmas buffet was another standout, with sumptuous dishes that blended festive cheer and culinary excellence seamlessly. It was an experience that added an extra sparkle to the holiday season. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering luxurious comfort and thoughtful amenities. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the plush bedding, reflected a meticulous attention to quality and care. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and well taken care of, making this trip an experience we will cherish forever. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a meaningful time in our lives. ERTH Hotel is truly a gem in Abu Dhabi, and we can’t recommend it highly enough!

The service was just exceptional. Every single staff member I came across was smiling, happy & polite. Every one went out of their way to assist me & all the staff looked genuinely happy & positive. It was a wonderful energy; they have a great team. Other details that impressed me - swift & easy check in (I was early, and they gave me a room without even mentioning the time), and I was also able to get late check out - again, no issue at all. A complimentary fruit bowl was delivered to my room. The pool staff were excellent with recommendations & checking my meal was as I wanted; they also gave complimentary tasters around the pool, which was lovely. Whilst on the food - the buffet dinner was extensive & delicious. A huge selection of cuisines, attentive staff, live music, great ambience. Very reasonable price too, as was breakfast. My breakfast was al la carte (I was traveling during Ramadan), but the staff made sure to serve me a feast - nothing was too much trouble & everything done with a smile. Very impressive. The hotel itself is new, so is very clean, modern with beautiful decor. Has a high-quality feel. Loved the style of the bedrooms, and the bed was large & very comfortable. The pool & beach - beautiful. White sand, gentle waves, perfect for swimming. Great cocktails & food - recommend the Zaatar & honey flatbread! Spent two days relaxing here & enjoyed it very much. Finally - a special mention for the gym! I have been in many gyms around the world & Ertizan is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The range of equipment is phenomenal. Clean, modern and again, excellent service from the staff. The sports facilities are top notch. I absolutely loved my stay, and already looking to come back. I wanted to relax alone for a couple of days & it was the perfect spot to do so. Thank you to all the staff - you are wonderful.

We have been to many Hotels and always book with Breakfast. Hands down the best selection I have ever seen in a hotel. They had everything from Avocado toast, to fresh fruit, warm meals and all the usual. Small tip, don’t wait too long. Our daughter slept in and a few items were not available anymore. The Pool is also great and had a good temperature for January. They also organized a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the concert venue. Well done on this. We also appreciated the small snacks and some tee/coffee they had in the main areas. Very tasty and thoughtful.
